About the job
We are seeking a dynamic individual, with outstanding project management skills and a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the specific client facing project that they will work in a timely manner. The project manager will work end-to-end for identifying the problem statement, scope, planning, launch and post-launch support of the assigned projects and new launches. They will deal with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and record project progress using various tools. A good understanding of Google projects, working on GWS will be highly preferred.
Base Salary - $65,000 per year

Schedule
- Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 9 PM.

#GOO3 Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of previous project management experience.
- CAPM or PMP certifications (preferred).
- Experience in managing partner relationships.
- Experience in tracking and reporting on partner performance.
- Experience in developing and executing partner enablement programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management, calendar management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Provide professional implementation and support services to clients resulting in smooth, well-coordinated implementations that meet targeted live/launch dates.
- Work with clients to uncover compelling workflows, including benchmarking based on current processes and measuring improvements.
- Maintain thoughtful and disciplined project charters and project plans, providing consistent communication of status of the implementation effort to the client.
- Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and monitor risk throughout the program life cycle and work with management to mitigate and address risk.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objective, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Establish a new streamlined information repository for all project-related information.
- Deliver various data reporting & deck updates.
- Submit claims for reimbursement via partner tools with all required documentation, managing budget and finances for the project.
- Managing POs, SOWs, RFPs.
- Manage partner relationships and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, finance, accounting, and partner ecosystem, to ensure that the partner program is successful.
- Tracking and ensuring appropriate contracts/agreements.
